(1) According to the review results of?three classes of A, B, C, each selected 530 project will be granted of RMB one million, 600,000 & 400,000 yuan correspondently as start-up fun. And at least 100 square meters' workplace and 100 square meters’ housing apartment, free of rent for three years, will be provided by the district government where the 530 project is registered.

(2) According to the assessment of science and technology projects, the risk investment from the municipal or district government will provide Class A projects with no less than RMB?three million yuan, and will provide Class B & C projects with no less than RMB 1.5 million yuan as venture capital.

(3) Class A projects can be granted no less than RMB?three million yuan as financial guarantee, while Class B & C projects can be granted no less than RMB 1.5 million yuan.

(4) The technology achievement can be valued as 30 percent of the registered capital after evaluation.

(5) The entrepreneur of a 530 enterprise can enjoy preferential policies from Wuxi municipal government in children's nursery and schooling, accompanied family members' resettlement and so on.

According to the assessment and approval, the overseas Chinese innovative talents with leading S & T scholarship to be introduced for enterprises in "engrafting" mode will be granted RMB 1 million yuan once-off as settling-in allowance, which will be borne respectively by the government and the enterprise in the rate of 50 percent. The technology achievement can be valued as 30 percent of the registered capital after evaluation.

3. According to the assessment and approval, the overseas Chinese innovative talents with leading S & T scholarship to be introduced for enterprises will be granted RMB?one million yuan once-off as settling-in allowance, which will be borne respectively by the government and the enterprise in the rate of 50 percent.

4. If the overseas Chinese entrepreneur or the innovative talent with leading S & T scholarship intends to invest or work together with his team in Wuxi, the core members of his team will be subsided forhosue rent payment (RMB 50,000 yuan for overseas doctor degree and 30,000-50,000 yuan for master one) with their 5-year employment contract and more than 6-month working period every year.
